We are looking for highly networked individuals that know the BPO landscape that can locate and manage providers within each of the following areas:
- Philippines
- China
- India
- Africa
- South America
Our ground-breaking model of Global Talent Sourcing enables established BPO companies to enter the small and mid-size market of the US, which represents over 50% of the work force. This relatively untapped market demands a strong US-based distribution component that offshore BPO providers generally do not have, or wouldn’t know where to begin. Our distribution method aggregates demand to provide long-term, sustaining talent (not business processes) that customers may very well contact for many years, if not decades.
We need more BPO providers that understand this model, with the capacity to grow with us, and the ability to attract and retain the best and brightest talent in the world.
The Directof of BPO Provider Operations will be charged with ensuring providers meet or exceed expectations in delivery, maintain or increase competency in recruiting top talent, and maintain processes and procedures that ensure their employees are highly productive and valuable long-term assets for our customers. Each Director will work within a geography that we believe has potential for explosive growth using our distribution model.
In addtion to managing existing providers, Questus5 seeks to continually add additional services based on proven provider core competencies. We are looking for someone to build the provider network within a geography, establishing a rich mix of capabilities that can be provided expertly, cost-effectively, and reliably. The broader our network of providers, and the talent they bring, the easier it is for our burgeoning distributor base to walk into any business and identigy a Q5 talent solution that fits their needs.
We also expect a Director of Provider Operations to help find market opportunities in the US through providers in their area that may be fulfilled by other providers in the Q5 provider network.
Successful applicants will possess a high degree of knowledge and connections with executives and investors in the BPO industry, government officials, and others that may be relevant to substantially growing the BPO industry in your territory. Effectively, you will become the go-to person within your geography that will lead efforts to penetrate the US small and mid-size market for BPO services.
