Job Description
The Recruiting Executive will independently recruit, interview, select, and enroll Q5 Sales Executives and Strategy Consultants within our Partner Program. Recruiters will be responsible for making all decisions relevant to the recruitment, including whether or not to make an offer to a given candidate. Q5 will not interview your candidates, but will instead provide corporate training for Sales Executives before and after you enroll each Sales Executive as a Q5 partner. Candidates with a strong background in organizational development, pipeline staffing, and high-volume recruitment campaigns are ideal.
Opportunity:
We are currently hiring Sales Executives focusing on 20 – 30 metro areas. We are looking for Recruiting Executives responsible for assembling sales teams in those metro area with the possibility to head up and build the Q5 Territory Sales office in that territory, encompassing a substantial business opportunity of sales, consulting, operations, and support services associated with all revenue within an exclusive territory. A substantial ongoing revenue stream from everyone in that geographic location.

Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years experience in an HR, Recruiting, Staffing or related businesses;
- A Bachelors degree is highly desirable;
- Consulting experience is a plus;
- Excellent verbal and written skills;
- A moderate to high degree of comfort and familiarity with tools used when working remotely (online video-conferencing, desktop sharing and collaboration, chat messaging, online meetings and webinars, etc.);
- Preferable to have a ready contact database that contains highly qualified Sales Executives, but not essential; and
- Planning experience. We will require you to submit a brief plan describing how you will succeed.
