| Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the general accounting function. Oversees the completion of ledger accounts and financial statements. Evaluates and makes appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes ensuring that practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization.
Designation of CPA may be required. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Be a strategic thinker and planner, loyalty and dedication, team worker, good at coaching and mentoring staff, relationship builder with a goal to achieving excellence. |

| Finance & Accounting – Supervisor |
| Instruction: Relies on extensive experience and judgment as well as pre-established processes and procedures to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Skills and Experience: Requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Supervision: Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. |

Skills and Experience: Requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Supervision: Typically reports to top management. |
