| Responsibilities: Will be responsible for the audit, analysis and reporting of data maintained within client’s HR systems. Including maintaining Access Database: run and design queries and reports to analyze HR data, perform data analysis and data aggregation from multiple sources, Identify data issues.Proficient at analyzing and reporting on data within an HR environment, possess good understanding of relational database design and building of relational data tables. Intermediate skills in MS Access and Excel. Proficient with pivot tables and look-up functions. |
