| Job Role |
| Responsibilities: Responsible for verifying time sheets and payroll reports and inputting payroll and supporting documentation for new hires to ensure compliance with government regulations. This position will also be responsible for preparing journal entries, completing requests for wage information and handling compliance issues; maintaining and assisting with preparation of quarterly payroll tax reporting and researching, resolving and responding to payroll/tax reporting issues.
Reviews generated payroll reports of processors; ensures accuracy and integrity of payroll output. Reconciles errors and instructs payroll processors on items for correction.
May function as processor for bigger accounts and /or back-up for other smaller accounts during critical periods. Trains new payroll processors. May “indirectly” supervise payroll processors and manage output in coordination with team leaders |

| Instruction: Relies on extensive experience and judgment as well as pre-established processes and procedures to plan and accomplish goals. May lead and direct the work of others. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Skills and Experience: Requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Supervision: Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. |
