Manages a group of quality assurance analysts who test, evaluate, and validate IT initiatives and identify issues in software or services. Analyzes discrepancies in service or performance and makes recommendations for product or service updates.

Instruction: Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Establishes processes and procedures to plan and accomplish goals of department. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Participates in business planning with corporate piers for cross functional business management. Skills and Experience: Requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Supervision: Typically reports to top management.
