Job Role
Responsibilities: To set up relationships with call centers that will be used to outsource calling/email campaigns. This person will create the campaigns, write the scripts that the call centers will use, and manage the call centers efforts. They will also qualify the results of the campaigns and will spend some time doing calling to qualify leads for the Account Manager Team. Mines databases, association websites and trade material to identify potential new customer leads.

Instruction: Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Establishes processes and procedures to plan and accomplish goals of department. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Participates in business planning with corporate piers for cross functional business management. Skills and Experience: Requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Supervision: Typically reports to top management.
