How do I get started hiring a Q5?
Visiting our website is a great start. The site is arranged in a logical flow: learn, browse, and quote.
- You are presently in the “learn” section. Get acquainted with our ground-breaking approach here.
- When you feel you have learned enough about our Q5 model, move on to the browse section, where you can learn about the details for each type of employee we offer, and how much you are likely to save versus an on-site W-2 employee. While browsing, you can build a “wish list” that automatically calculates average savings.
- When you’re done browsing, you can proceed to obtain a quote. Using the job description from our catalog as the basis of the quote, you can now tailor requirements to meet you exact specifications. For instance, we need to learn about any specialized skills, computing requirements, and shift preferences.
Of course, Q5 is here to help you through this process every step of the way. You’re always invited to contact us. In so doing, we can demonstrate the very technologies you will be using that enable you to work with your remote , Q5 staff like they’re in the same office. We will answer all of your questions about our services, learn about your specific needs, and deliver a detailed proposal within one business day.
How long will it take to get my Q5?
Once you decide to move forward, your Q5 will be hired substantially faster than any regular employee. Often, we are able to assign someone within days. Other times, our center will need to look into their recruiting pipeline and make an offer to someone that is already in process. 3-5 weeks is fairly typical for getting into production.
What happens if I don’t like my Q5?
No problem. We’ll find another that meets your needs. Sometimes our customer hasn’t adequately defined their needs up front, so a process of recalibrating requirements may be a very natural progression. Sometimes the Q5 assigned just doesn’t work out – it’s really no different than when you hire a W-2 employee. Keep in mind, however, that the solution to an employee fit problem is vastly simpler to solve with a Q5 than it is with a W-2 employee.
With Q5 , just call your customer satisfaction representative and ask for a replacement. We’ll switch out your current staff member and assign you another one quickly and easily at no charge.
Compare this to what happens if things don’t work out with your on-site W-2. Depending on the nature of your HR processes and local labor laws, you may be facing a very challenging effort to dispense with the situation.
Of course! Better yet, if your needs change you can simply trade one Q5 for another. If you don’t need our services any more, that’s fine – consider that you won’t need to pay severance pay, unemployment, or other costs of termination associated with a regular W-2 employee. In fact, you won’t need to pay for the empty office and unused equipment that you leave behind!
